WALKING AND WELLBEING

Friendly group walks in and around London for those aged 25 to 40 years old

Welcome to Walking and Wellbeing! My name is Nikki and I am passionate about guiding people towards increased feelings of wellbeing whilst exploring the great British countryside on group led walks.

Both the mental and physical health benefits of walking are increasingly understood, however, it can be time-consuming to plan routes and daunting to walk solo in previously unchartered territory.

Here's where we come in - weekly group walks which are only a train (or car) ride away from central London with a planned pub and or afternoon tea stop along the way. Walks are based on published guides and are suitable for most fitness levels. All you have to do is book onto the walk(s) you fancy and turn up. We request only a donation of your choosing in return.

Our walks are specifically aimed at those who are 25 to 40 years old as from our experience there are few walking associations which specifically cater to this age group. You can find further details of all our upcoming walks in our meet up group at www.meetup.com/Walking-and-Well-being-Walks-in-and-around-London

We hope you are inspired by our blog of past walks and look forward to meeting you soon!

For the eagle-eyed, the title photo is French but it was taken while walking! Photos from our recent walks in the UK can be found on our blog and on instagram at cakeandadventures99
